In 2015, he joined HSI Commercial after gaining valuable experience in construction management in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing as an owner's representative for commercial projects, particularly in private school campuses and office buildings. 

Adam's achievements in the commercial real estate brokerage include the successful sale of over $100 million in commercial real estate. Notably, he represents numerous clients on both national and regional levels, with a specific focus on industrial buildings, showcasing his expertise in this sector. 

In a recent development, Adam Bagci has transitioned to Powell Property Group, further expanding his professional horizons.
